Best Western Plus LaCrescent / LaCrosse

Breakfast was delicious with an automatic pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other standard hotel breakfast items. In the booth seating there were outlets and USB ports to charge devices if desired. All of the common areas and our standard double queen room were clean and modern. The 4 star was simply for the lack of water pressure in the shower. The pillows and bed were soft enough but not too soft. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The pool was like a standard hotel pool. No hot tub. Fitness room available. There is a patio in the back that looked nice, too. There wasn't a lot of parking in front. The hotel was dog friendly. I had no issues bringing my dog. It was $30/night extra charge. The back area also had a designated relief space for dogs.

This establishment is a surely great find. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was a pleasure. It had to be the quietest, kicked back and comfortable stay I've had maybe ever.

Very well run and maintained facility. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The few minor issues we had with a room were addressed quickly. Breakfast is not as good as most but met our needs. Very nice lounge on site as well as right next door. A nice walking/park area adjacent to the property as well. Definitely recommend!

Rooms were nice except the top of our sheet was ripped, and I was afraid we might get charged for the damage. My husband reported it to the receptionist, and she took off our resort fee for the inconvenience . She recorded the problem, so the cleaning crew would take care of it. I didn't know there was a resort fee added to our room, though, so that was upsetting.

We decided to stay here instead of La Crosse for the halfway point of our trip and we’re so happy we did. We made sure it was our stop on our way back home as well. The hotel is very quiet despite being right on the highway. The staff are all kind and polite. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and well stocked the whole time it was open. The cleaning staff take their job beyond seriously and thoroughly clean the seating areas, rooms, and hallways better than any place I had been. I would recommend this place to anyone who might be stopping in the area!

We always stay here, because there's nowhere else closer to stay. Update: We stay here every year at Thanksgiving when we come to see my husband's family. I just booked 3 days with them for next week. I am a little disappointed after learning that there is a $30 per day fee for my dog to stay. I hate when hotels do this. It's not like they're going to clean the room each day. It should be per stay. That would be my complaint with this place. For all of you pet people, I wanted you guys to know this. It is a $30 per day fee for dogs.
